ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEM IN BUSINESS

Functions of management control in business enterprise; errors, weaknesses points are
identified and corrective measures are implemented against these errors and weakness. The
growth of the company, changes in the organizational structure, intensity and complexity of
operations and processes together gives rise to the weakening of the impact of management
controls in this case. Goals and objectives are importance to proprietor, profit share to partners
and a reasonable level of distribution of objectives include controlling and protecting resources
in principle; internal control system shows that it has an important purpose in terms of both
business functions and audit policies. The presence of an effective internal control system in
business, as well as the use of resources efficiently, may reduce the effects of errors and cheat
which may occur, the financial statements which can increase confidence in decisions by
providing credible information flow that can positively affect the propriety. Working in the firm
emphasis on the features and requirements of the internal control system, components forming
system are addressed.
